By using Marquee you agree to these terms. Marquee is provided by drixell.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for the organisers you invite. Keep your sign-in details safe.
Your guests' data
Only add people you have a genuine reason to invite, and only send them messages about your event. You're responsible for having their permission to use their contact details.
Fair use
Don't use Marquee to send spam, to upload content that is unlawful or offensive, or to try to access other hosts' events. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work to keep Marquee running and your data safe, but it's provided "as is". Please download your guest list (CSV) before important dates.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll let account holders know by email.
